The running club “Spartiates Dromers” organizes the 5th Sparta City Ultra in Sparta, on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 February 2026.

The event features three ultra-distance races:

• 6-hour race

• 12-hour race

• 24-hour race, with an intermediate timing at 100 miles (160.935 km)

Sparta City Ultra has become a well-established ultra-running event on the Greek ultra-running calendar, attracting athletes from Greece and abroad, along an urban course set within the historic city of Sparta.
